Tickets will be sent to you, via regular mail - however, if tickets are purchased within 7 days prior to a performance,
tickets will be held at our Box Office Will-Callon the date of that performance.

The Drama Group is a volunteer organization, so there are no 'set' Box Office hours. If we are not in - we do have 24/7 Voice Mail - and we will return your call as soon as possible. Normally we will return your call within 72 hours - during Show Week we will return your call within 24 hours. If you reach our Voice Mail, please don't hang up or be discouraged - just leave us the following information...

Will-Call Ticket:Due to audience demand and limited seating, our NEW Will-Call Ticket procedure is as follows:
ALL Will-Call Tickets must be held with a credit card.
Unclaimed tickets will be released 15 minutes prior to a performance and a Service Fee of $5.00 PER ticket will be charged to your credit card.
Performance Ticket Exchanges:
A 24 Hour ADVANCE notice (of your original ticket date) is required for ALL ticket exchanges (Season Tickets & Individual Tickets, alike).
ANY tickets exchanged without a 24-Hour advance notice will be placed on a Numbered Waiting List.
This pertains to ALL shows and venues (both at The Studio Theatre and at Bloom Theatre).
